At Sparky's Brands, we want you to be fully satisfied with your athletic gear. If your purchase doesn't meet your performance standards, you can return or exchange any unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the gear is clean and in its original condition.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
